Payment methods

Payment will be made either by cash in advance or on delivery. The cash on delivery service is currently available only for deliveries to Germany.

How do cash in advance / cash on delivery work?

Cash in advance:

When paying by cash in advance you will receive an e-mail with our bank account and the order confirmation immediately after the order. The dispatch of the goods will take place after receipt of the specified sum on our account. If you do not have a valid e-mail address, you will receive our bank details after the conclusion of the ordering process on the monitor. Please save this page or print it out.

Cash on delivery: (only within Germany)

In the case of payment by cash on delivery (COD) you will pay the sum only when receiving the merchandise directly to the carrier (postman). Moreover, when paying by COD the so-called delivery fee of 4 euros plus the transfer fee of 2 euros have to be paid to the deliverer. This fee is collected and retained by the mail for the transmission of money. If you should not be encountered by the deliverer, he leaves behind a notification card. On presentation of this card you can collect the packet at your post office. The consignment is only a maximum of 7 days and should in the mutual interest immediately be picked up.

Delivery

The delivery will be made only with the help of DHL. The delivery fee is per order only once, no matter how many pictures you order and whether the images will be dispatched stretched on frame or unstreched (rolled). The shipping costs include a packaging fee and depend on the country in which the goods will be delivered. How much the shipping costs in your country are, please see the following table.

Regard: For deliveries to islands or areas which require increased service charges, we reserve to collect an island surcharge, that will be 15 € additionally. After examining the address, you will be subsequently informed if necessary.

Insurance of merchandise

The shipment of the goods is insured (insurance cover up to 500 euros). Transport damages have to be directly complained to the supplier upon receipt of the goods. Then please contact us and together we discuss the next steps.

Delivery period

Your order will be processed immediately upon receipt. The delivery of your order lasts currently within from 3 to 7 working days. The supply lasts an average of 4 working days from receipt of money. After shipping the goods you receive the consignment number of DHL, you can track the status of your package with.

Packing

Pictures in frames / covered canvases

Framed pictures or covered canvases are covered with tissue paper, wrapped in air bubbled plastic and will be shipped in specially crafted boxes. Our packages are very stable, so damage is virtually excluded.

Coiled canvases / pictures

Rolled canvases and pictures are covered with silk paper into corrugated cardboard and will be shipped rolled in specially crafted boxes. Damages are thus virtually excluded.

Eco friendliness

With the selection of packaging material, we pay attention to environmentally friendly materials. Moreover, if possible, we use the climate-friendly GoGreen® option of DHL. There are no extra costs for you.

Packacking ordinance

In accordance with the provisions of the packacking ordinance we are obliged to take back the packaging of our products and ensure for reuse or disposal. You have the opportunity to return the packaging to us (address see impressum). The packs are then recycled by us or are disposed to the provisions of packaging waste regulation.
